The Best Non-Trading Book I’ve Ever Read On Trading Psychology

There are a lot of books about trading psychology and mindset.

I’ve read many of them.

But one of my favourite books on mindset and psychology is actually not a trading book at all…

It’s called “Beyond Positive Thinking” by Dr Robert Anthony.

Here’s 5 of my favourite quotes (in my own words) from the book and what they mean for traders:
